Live Meal Prep Sessions + Replays

We'll meet live on Zoom every Sunday at 16h00 for a 2-hour meal prep that hopefully feels more like a hang-out with friends than a chore 😊

I’ll guide you step-by-step through each recipe, answer all your questions, and share my best shortcuts and efficiency hacks.

Every session will be recorded and available for 4 weeks after the program ends so you can catch up in case you can't join live.

You don’t need perfect knife skills or prior meal prep experience. I'll guide you step-by-step and make sure no one feels behind or overwhelmed.

Yes! Every recipe is naturally gluten-free. I’m gluten-free myself, so I keep it simple with accessible ingredients.

But don't worry, you won't have to purchase any allergen-friendly ingredients if you're not intolerant to gluten/celiac. You can use regular wraps, bread, couscous, etc.

Yes, each recipe is fully vegan. While I'm not fully vegan myself, I have a plant-first approach to eating and eat plant-based about 80% of the time.

This program will help you ease into plant-based eating with simple, delicious meals. No pressure to go 100% vegan.

No worries! You’ll get recordings of each session, so you can catch up and prep when it works best for you!

No, just your standard kitchen tools. You'll also get an equipment guide before the program starts to make sure you have everything you need.

Yes! We’ll prep together, cameras on, to keep it motivating and connected. You can ask questions anytime, and I’ll guide you through the session with tips, tricks, and a little background music for the fun.

You can open the Zoom links and join the videocalls without downloading the app on your computer or Android smartphone.

If you want to join from an iPhone or iPad however, you'll need the Zoom app.

Every week we'll make a 1-pot dish, a nourish bowl, and a bite-sized meal. Think curries and stews, Thai quinoa bowls and pasta salads, and savory muffins and burritos.

Upon check-out, you will receive a confirmation email meaning that you have secured you spot in the program, YAY!

On Monday February 24th, one week before our kick-off session, you will receive you pantry checklist, equipment guide, and first grocery list to get prepared.

The weekly overviews and grocery lists will be sent to you on Mondays, 6 days before each live meal prep sessions to give you enough time to go grocery shopping.
