We'll meet live on Zoom every Sunday at 16h00 for a 2-hour meal prep that hopefully feels more like a hang-out with friends than a chore 😊

I’ll guide you step-by-step through each recipe, answer all your questions, and share my best shortcuts and efficiency hacks so you never feel like you’re figuring it out alone.

Can’t make it live? You’ll get access to the replays for 4 full weeks after the program ends, so you can prep whenever it works for you.

I’m a plant-based recipe developer with a Master's in Food Innovation, 10+ years of meal prepping experience, and a love for routines and all things organization.

I’m here to help you ditch kitchen stress and enjoy healthy, home-cooked meals effortlessly.

FAQ

Is this program beginner-friendly?

Absolutely, this program is for everyone! Whether you’re new to cooking, want to eat more plant-based, or are a seasoned cook looking for organization, this program will meet you where you are.

You don’t need perfect knife skills or prior meal prep experience. I'll guide you step-by-step and make sure no one feels behind or overwhelmed.

Are the recipes gluten-free?

18/20 recipes are naturally gluten-free, and the other 2 can easily be made GF with a simple swap.

But don't worry if you're not intolerant to gluten/celiac, you won't have to purchase any allergen-friendly ingredients. You can use regular wraps, bread, couscous, etc.

Are the recipes vegan?

Yes, each recipe is fully vegan. While I'm not fully vegan myself, I have a plant-first approach to eating and eat plant-based about 80% of the time.

This program will help you ease into plant-based eating with simple, delicious meals. No pressure to go 100% vegan.

What if I don't like an ingredient?

If you don't like broccoli but there's a broccoli casserole on the menu, I'll give you a substitution. We'll make sure you enjoy eating what you cook 😊

What if I miss a live session?

No worries! You’ll get recordings of each session, so you can catch up and prep when it works best for you!

Do I need special equipment?

No, just your standard kitchen tools. You'll also get an equipment guide before the program starts to make sure you have everything you need.

The only piece of equipment you might not have yet is a veggie chopper. It's an investment (<50€) I highly recommend making as it'll save you a lot of time meal prepping.

Are these sessions interactive?

Yes! We’ll prep together, cameras on, to keep it motivating and connected. You can ask questions anytime, and I’ll guide you through the session with tips, tricks, and a little background music for the fun.

Do I need to download Zoom?

You can open the Zoom links and join the videocalls without downloading the app on your computer or Android smartphone.

If you want to join from an iPhone or iPad however, you'll need the Zoom app.

Which recipes will we make?

Every week we'll make a one-pot dish, a grain bowl, and a bonus item. Think quinoa chili, vegan ragù, fajita bowl, chimichurri and more!

When will I hear from you?

Upon check-out, you will immediately be able to download your introduction guide.

I'll see you for our kickoff call on Sunday October 5th and the link to the call will be sent to you via email a few days before the call.

After that, the weekly overviews and grocery lists will always be sent to you on Mondays, so 6 days before each live meal prep session to give you enough time to go grocery shopping.
