I’ll guide you step-by-step through each recipe, answer any questions you might have, share my best shortcuts and efficiency hacks to help you cook more food in less time.
A 2-hour meal prep crash-course session
We’ll kick off the program with a fun session on the essentials. We'll discuss pantry staples, equipment basics, I'll share my best-kept meal prepping hacks, how to efficiently plan a meal prep session, and how to keep it fun.
At the end I'll give you a rundown of our live sessions together so that you know exactly what to expect and feel ready to start the next week!
P.S. This also gives you time to get any pantry staples you might need.
12 Servings of food every week
You’ll end each session with 12 servings of food ready to go! That's enough for two adults for 3-4 days or for 3 meals for a family of four.
You can split the meals however you like: save them for easy dinners or grab-and-go lunches for the office, it's totally up to you!
Video recordings , just in case
Can’t make it live? No worries! Every session will be recorded and available for 4 weeks after the program ends so you can catch up, rewind, or re-watch any time.

FAQ
Is this program beginner-friendly?
Absolutely, this program is for everyone! Whether you’re new to cooking, want to eat more plant-based, or are a seasoned cook looking for organization, this program will meet you where you are.
Are the recipes gluten-free?
Yes! Every recipe is naturally gluten-free. I’m gluten-free myself, so I keep it simple with accessible ingredients.
But don't worry, you won't have to purchase any allergen-friendly ingredients if you're not intolerant to gluten/celiac. You can use regular wraps, sourdough, etc.
Are the recipes vegan?
Yes, each recipe is fully vegan. While I'm not fully vegan myself, I have a plant-first approach to eating and eat plant-based about 80% of the time.
This program will help you ease into plant-based eating with simple, delicious meals. No pressure to go 100% vegan.
What if I miss a live session?
No worries! You’ll get recordings of each session, so you can catch up and prep when it works best for you!
Do I need special equipment?
Nothing fancy—just a basic stick blender and your standard kitchen tools. You'll also get an equipment guide before the program starts to make sure you have everything you need.
Are these sessions interactive?
Yes! We’ll prep together, cameras on, to keep it motivating and connected. You can ask questions anytime, and I’ll guide you through the session with tips, tricks, and a little background music for the fun.
Can I make these meals for more than 2 people?
Absolutely! Every recipe can be doubled to fit your household size.
Do I need to download Zoom?
No! You can open the Zoom links and join the videocalls without downloading the app on your computer.
Which recipes will we make?
I want to surprise you with some of the recipes but think 1-pan fried rice, plant-based bolognese, red lentil stew, vegetable and potato stir-fry, Mexican burritos, Thaï noodle soup, ginger-turmeric bouillon with pasta, etc.
When will I hear from you?
Upon check-out, you will receive a confirmation email meaning that you have secured you spot in the program, YAY!
On December 29th, one week before our kick-off session, you will receive you pantry checklist and equipment guide to get prepared.
The weekly overviews and grocery lists will be sent to you on Mondays, 6 days before each live meal prep sessions to give you enough time to go grocery shopping.
